As nuclear war looms, Putin has isolated himself in one of his secret underground bunkers and is running the government from there.
People in Moscow are panicked over what he might do next. He turned 70 today, has a terminal illness and by all accounts has gone insane. In other words, he’s capable of anything.
The madman has made sure he and his will be safe from radiation. A huge complex in the Altai mountains near the Mongolian border will protect all of Putin’s family, the executives and family of the gas giant Gazrom, plus Kremlin employees.
Another bunker is an even larger underground complex 1,000 miles from Moscow in the republic of Bashkortostan that houses up to 300,000 people.
