Alec Baldwin faces five years in prison if convicted of involuntary manslaughter and a weapons charge in the ‘Rust’ movie set shooting death of 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Baldwin, 64, has been charged with two federal counts for the October 2021 death of the married mother of one when he fired an antique Colt revolver that was loaded with a real bullet.
Also charged with involuntary manslaughter and misuse of a firearm is ‘Rust’ armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, 25.
Both face a maximum of five years in prison if convicted of both counts.
Baldwin refuses to accept any blame for the killing. Both he and Gutierrez-Reed said they will fight the charges in court.

Guns don’t kill people, People do…and Actors who hate Guns but make billion$ using them in movies, but have private Armed Security to protect them. All the while desensitizing people to crime and death!! Hollywood Babylon
