Wenatchee High School students have been back at school for the past month, but with insanely-strict Covid restrictions.
WHOSE BRILLIANT IDEA WAS THIS?
The young musicians are allowed to practice as long as they stay confined in the tents. Not the easiest place to play their instruments.
