Titane (Titanium) is a 2021 horror film about a woman who has a titanium plate fitted into her head after being severely injured as a child in a car crash. Written and directed by French film director and screenwriter Julia Ducournau, the film stars Agathe Rousselle. Ducournau became the second female director to win the Cannes Film Festival’s highest award, the Palme d’Or.
