Innocent victims gunned down

‘Tell them that their lives mattered.’

their lives matteredThe 19 children and two teachers who were gunned down on May 24, 2022 at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.

Uvalde native Matthew McConaughey called for responsible gun laws in a speech at a White House briefing. His words were moving and at times shockingly graphic.

‘Due to the exceptionally large exit wounds of an AR-15 rifle, most of the bodies were so mutilated that only DNA tests or a pair of sneakers could identify them. Many children were left not only dead, but hollow.’

The only right thing to do is to pass a gun law that will tell the dead at Uvalde that their lives mattered, the actor told ‘both sides of the aisle.’

‘What every one of their parents want is to make their loss of life matter.’

  1. Just stop prescribing kids drugs and have armed security at schools.

  2. Yes, school security is the key — armed guards, doors locked, metal detectors..
