IS ROBERTA PEDON DEAD OR ALIVE?
The X-rated model and actress Roberta Pedon dropped out of sight in California in 1975. She was listed as dead on July 30, 1982, but then appears to have shown up years later in a video interview in her native Italy in 2018.
To this day, no one really knows what happened to her.

Reports vary as to her fate. She reportedly died on July 30, 1982, at the age of 28.
But ever since she disappeared from the spotlight in 1975, her whereabouts have been the subject of much speculation.
Roberta Pedon was born in Venice, Italy, and came to America as a young woman.
She brought with her extraordinarily large breasts and soon began appearing in men’s magazines, including Gent, Fling, Gem, The Swinger and Mayfair.
She landed a co-starring role in the 1975 adult movie romp Delinquent Schoolgirls. She also appeared in 8mm sex loops.

Roberta got heavily into drugs and the modeling agency she worked for, American Art Enterprises, fired her. She became a homeless drug addict.
She was jailed in San Francisco in 1975 for drug and prostitution offenses and immediately abandoned by the adult entertainment industry, including AAE, which got her the part in the movie.

There a reports that she was involved in a bank robbery, and, finally, that she died of liver disease in Oakland, California at 28.
But, insists the adult film archives ‘Rialto Reports,’ Roberta Pedon is alive and well and still living in California.
OR IS THIS HER?
The last known record of the mystery woman may be this interview in Italian from 2018 in her native Italy.
But is this the Roberta Pedon of adult entertainment fame? It certainly looks like her, given that 36 years had passed since her presumed death. But nowhere in the interview is she asked about, nor does she mention her exotic past.
Her death has been backed up by some people who knew her, and they say she was cremated in Oakland.
All current attempts to contact her have been unsuccessful. Yet ‘Rialto Reports’ and many of her diehard fans believe she is alive.
Was this all a cleverly orchestrated disappearing act, or is the real Roberta Pedon no longer with us?

Rialto claims it did, but as noted in the post, maybe it was her and maybe not; many still say she died in California in 1982.

Yes, it is her, reason for the subterfuge is she’s trying to put her past behind her and start a new life.
this is shrouded in so much mystery. Perhaps she regretted entering the industry, or had ties with the italian mafia. Who knows…
By the way, wasn’t she underage in some of the pictures? The little info I’ve been able to gather says she was born in either 1954 or 1952 and many erotic images of her were supposedly taken in 1968, so she’d be 14-16 if correct.

Well remember her. Incredibly voluptuous for a thin build young woman. Never did hardcore, although did several nude photo shoots with men. According to one of her later boyfriends, she never really liked sex, because she was repeatedly raped as young as 11 or 12 years of age. Strong indications are that she became a street whore who would have anal sex for 20 or 30 dollars. I believe she did pass away from a drug overdose. Veteran porn slut Candy Samples said that had Roberta gotten in with the right management, she could have been another Christy Canyon.
Interesting, all that. I had to look up those other two women you mention — Candy Samples lived to 91 in a normally short-lived life style.
Several nude models and porn actresses of that era used reports of death as a way to get out of the business. Also, there is an obscure 19th Century immigration rule that allows immediate deportation of any woman arrested for prostitution, no conviction required.
