SHATTERED is an action thriller along the lines of Fatal Attraction and Basic Instinct, starring John Malkovich and Frank Grillo of Captain America fame. The film was written by David Loughery and directed by Luis Prieto.
Lonely divorced tech millionaire Chris, played by Cameron Monaghan (Shameless), meets sexy Sky, played by German actress Lilly Krug. They fall in love. When Chris is injured, Sky steps in as his nurse, but her strange behavior makes him nervous, especially when her roommate dies mysteriously, and he and his ex-wife and their child are in a fight for survival.

NEW MEL GIBSON MOVIE OUT IN FEBRUARY

LAST LOOKS, a new action comedy starring Charlie Hunnam and Mel Gibson.

Ex-L.A. cop Charlie Waldo, played by Charlie Hunnam of Sons of Anarchy fame, lives a life of solitude deep in the woods. Mel Gibson’s character Alistair Pinch is an eccentric actor who spends his days drunk on the set of his TV show. When Pinch’s wife is found dead he is the prime suspect. Waldo is persuaded  to come out of retirement to solve the case, and finds himself mixed up in a crazy world of Hollywood executives and gangsters all intent on clearing Pinch’s name — or confirming his guilt.

‘Kill Bill’ actor Michael Madsen’s son, a soldier, commits suicide

SUICIDE AT 26Hudson Madsen has killed himself at the age of 26.

He was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound on the Hawaiian island of Oahu.

Hudson lived in Wahiawa, Hawaii, with his wife, Carlie. He served in the U.S. Army and was based at the Schofield Barracks in Oahu, home to the 25th Infantry Division. He had served in Afghanistan.

“I am in shock,” said Michael Madsen. “I just spoke with him a few days ago, said he was happy — my last text from him was ‘I love you dad.’”

His father said he “didn’t see any signs of depression” in Hudson prior to his suicide.

“It’s so tragic and sad. I’m just trying to make sense of everything and understand what happened,” Madsen said.

“He had typical life challenges that people have with finances, but he wanted a family. He was looking towards his future, so it’s mind-blowing. I just can’t grasp what happened.”

Hudson’s wife Carlie had surgery last week to remove a tumor from her breast and praised her husband on social media for his support.

“I want to give a shout-out to my amazing husband! He has been so patient throughout this whole process,” she wrote.

“While I was in surgery he went out and got me flowers, comfy pajamas, my favorite candy and a card! He’s also been amazing in helping with my recovery and I’m just so thankful.”

Hudson was the godson of Oscar-winning director Quentin Tarantino.

Michael Madsen, 64, and Tarantino, 58, have collaborated on several films, including Reservoir Dogs and the two-part Kill Bill.

Abe Vigoda, born in Brooklyn, New York, on February 24, 1921, played Salvatore Tessio in the 1972 movie The Godfather. He then appeared as Phil Fish in the TV comedy cop series Barney Miller with Hal Linden, which ran from 1975–1977 and in 1982; and then in the spinoff comedy series Fish from 1977 to 1978. He died on January 26, 2016, at the age of 94.

Barbara Hale with Raymond Burr in ‘Perry Mason’

Barbara Hale, born in DeKalb, Illinois, on April 18, 1922, best known for her role as legal secretary Della Street in the TV series Perry Mason with Raymond Burr which ran from 1957 to 1966. She won an Emmy Award in 1959 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. She reprised the role in 30 Perry Mason made-for-television movies from 1985 to 1995. She died on January 26, 2017, at the age of 94.

MIke Connors as Joe Mannix

Mike Connors was the stage name of Krekor Ohanian who was born in Fresno, California on August 15, 1925, to Armenian parents. He played private detective Joe Mannix in the TV series Mannix from 1967 to 1975. He won a Golden Globe Award in 1970, the first of six straight nominations, as well as four consecutive Emmy nominations from 1970 to 1973. He died on January 26, 2017, at the age of 91.
