Bill Gates and his head AstraZeneca honcho are being sued in the murder of a 23-year-old man in a precedent-setting global case now before the Indian High Court.

The unnamed petitioner in the case is demanding $134 million U.S., with interim compensation of $13.4 million.

Gates, a huge AstraZeneca investor, and his chief executive officer Adar Poonawalla, both billionaires, are charged with promoting lies that the vaccine is completely safe.

In a separate incident, the Indian government has already admitted that the death of a 33-year-old physician, Dr. Snehal Lunawat, was due to the Covishield vaccine.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation gave billions of dollars in funding to the Serum Institute of India for 100 million doses of the vaccine.

Similar charges against Big Pharma companies have already been brought before U.S. courts.

A recent class action suit ended in settlements totalling $10.2 Billion from GlaxoSmithKline for suppressing warnings of side effects and putting the lives of Americans in danger.

In one case alone, the victim’s family received $101 million in compensation for the death of their loved one.
