The terrible suffering and excruciating death of a 12-year-old girl in Texas lies at the feet of the President of the United States.

The brutal murder of Jocelyn Nungaray would never have happened if Biden hadn’t opened the southern border to tens of thousands of unvetted migrants, many coming from terrorist countries that scream “Death to America!”

Little Jocelyn with her whole life ahead of her would be alive today if Biden had not been elected.

The illegal Venezuelan animals who murdered the defenseless child on June 16 lured her under a Houston bridge where they stripped her naked and assaulted her for two hours, disturbing new court documents have revealed.

Jocelyn’s hands were tied behind her back and her feet were bound during the assault by the migrants, Jose Ramos, 26, and Johan Martinez, 22, who then strangled her and dumped her body in a bayou. Her back was covered in cuts.

Bite and scratch marks on one of the migrants when he was arrested showed that the little girl fought back against her attackers until they strangled the life out of her.

The two brutes are being held in a Houston jail on $10-million bond. If this had happened in New York City, District Attorney Bragg would let them go.

“Our immigration system is broken and if there was ever a case that reflected that, it’s this one,” said Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg.

“She had such a bright future ahead of her,” said Jocelyn’s mother Alexis Nungaray, “and these monsters took that away from her and from our family.”

Jocelyn’s murder is  just the latest horrendous crime committed by illegal migrants who are being let into America by a president who is an accessory to the brutality.

Biden apparently has no regard for innocent American citizens to allow this to happen. He let the monsters loose and makes no attempt to stop them. That makes Biden himself a monster.

If any Democrat can read what these migrants did to this little girl and still vote for Biden then they too are monsters.

And this child’s dreadful screams of unthinkable pain will follow them to hell.

Earlier this month a 25-year-old illegal migrant bound and gagged and then raped a 13-year-old girl in a Queens, NY park.

Biden of course has never had the guts to phone or visit the families of the victims. As in the case of Rachel Morin, 37, a mother of five whose raped and beaten body was found on a hiking trail in Maryland. She was murdered by a 23-year-old illegal migrant who was already wanted for killing a woman in his native El Salvador.

Maryland Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said the killer should not have been in the country in the first place to carry out the horrific crime.
